The Dorothy Dress is 70's prairie ready for a Spring day! It features beautiful long puff sleeves, ruffle hem and shoulders, and buttons down the chest. The material is a cute navy gingham, contrasting against the red binding edge. This dress is unbranded and in perfect vintage condition.
